How to lose belly fat, well with our society trending more toward obesity, more and more people are becoming aware of their bodies and are trying to keep from becoming a statistic (obesity statistic, that is) one of the biggest problem areas for women and men alike is the stomach.
Belly fat is particularly annoying as it causes your pants to be tight and uncomfortable and keeps your shirts from hanging properly. But don’t trade those clothes in for a bigger size just yet! Instead, follow these tips of how to lose belly fat, and keep the clothes you have. Or if you do have to do some shopping, it will be to get a smaller size!
First of all, there is no exercise that will give you a flat stomach. No pill will do it, either. Anything that tells you otherwise? Ignore it. It is not true. Some products and exercises can surely help you on your way, but they will not be the reason you eventually develop tight abs. The only way you can do that is through your own hard work and persistence.
Stomach exercises alone is not the solution to how to lose stomach fat. However, you will certainly want to develop the muscles beneath your fat in order to tone them up and prepare them to show once the fat is gone. Also, exercise is a great way to speed up your metabolism, and for many it acts as something of an appetite suppressant as well.
Combine both a good cardio vascular workout with some more targeted stomach exercises. The cardio will get your heart rate up and help you to burn fat. Your abdominal workout will give you tight abs, pulling your stomach in and making it easier to imagine yourself thin.
As mentioned, exercise alone won’t give you a flat stomach. You also have to change your diet. A diet high in protein and that includes good carbohydrates like whole grains and brown rice, and good fats such as olive oil, will help you to get the body you want. Avoid processed and fatty foods as well as foods high in sugar. Instead snack on fruits and vegetables.
Of course this is all easier said than done. You will definitely want to set some goals for yourself, as well as having rewards for meeting those goals. Make the goals realistic and quantifiable, not “lose belly fat” but maybe determine how many inches you’d like to lose off of your waist and reward yourself as you meet markers along the way.
Be sure that your rewards are nothing that will detract from your diet or exercise regime. You don’t want to reward yourself with a week off of working out, or splurge on a buffet style restaurant. Instead you can buy yourself some small electronics you’ve been wanting, or pamper yourself with a manicure and pedicure.
It really is the ages old formula, diet and exercise, that will help you to lose belly fat and gain a body that you can be happy to reveal.

Men and women alike have trouble removing fat in the love handle and belly region, the reason is, this is the first place fat is stored when you start gaining weight and its the last place the fat comes off when you lose weight.
The leaner you get, the harder it is to lose fat because the body wants to keep those last energy reservers for survival purposes. If you try brute force dieting to get rid of that last bit of fat which is stored in the love handles and over the lower abs, you will end up burning off muscle as well as fat – not what we want! What I’m gonna show you in this video is how to get ripped without burning off muscle by using carb cycling. And when your bodyfat is low enough, the last fat stores are removed and for most people, that is the love handles and over the lower abs. This is not spot fat removal, there is no such thing!
Carb cycling is an amazing fat loss technique, its not a fad diet, its fine tuning of the zig zag diet developed by Dr Fred Hatfield several decades ago but its not for everyone. If you have more than 20lbs to lose, just good old fashioned nutrition and exercise is all thats required to lose weight. Where carb cycling shines is for those who are already fairly lean, those with 2-pack or 4-pack abs who just cant seem to get any leaner. Carb cycling is perfect for this, it helps you go from lean to ripped without loss of muscle.
I’m more ripped now because I have been following my own carb cycling plan! I have been eating *exactly* what the personalize meal planner suggests. I wouldnt suggest my viewers try something unless I had tried it myself to show it works!!!!
